Ellen Schroth, REHS, is President of Foodsense™,Inc., a food safety consulting and training firm in the Washington, D.C. area. Ellen is a Registered Sanitarian and a NSF Certified HACCP Manager and Trainer.
Our team of Food Safety Specialists have an expert knowledge of food safety principles, including HACCP, food service, retail, and processing operations, and local, state and federal food safety regulations.
